We are a group of Bay Belles with a common interest in sharing and learning new crafts. Our group has a broad range of skills and everyone is welcome. Our group is open to all ladies and offers friendship without barriers to anyone interested in handcrafts.
The Wynnum Community Centre is where we meet on the 2nd and 4th Saturday of each month from 9.30am – 12.30pm. Keep an eye on the calendar for what skills we will be sharing each month.
We have participated in community projects such as 5000 knitted or crocheted poppies for Remembrance Day, mittens for wildlife in the fires, knitted warmth for disadvantaged children and the homeless etc.. We are currently working on projects for Friends With Dignity to help give their sanctuaries a home made touch.
